Pete Schmitz - Guitar, Vocals
Pete has been performing with working bands since 1972 playing everything
from 50’s rock-n-roll to Jazz fusion in venues ranging from small clubs like Childe Harold
to large arenas like The Capitol Center.
With influences like Jeff Beck, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, Duane Allman, Carlos Santana, Alvin Lee,
Ritchie Blackmore, and Johnny Winter his roots are clearly blues/rock. Pete has rediscovered those roots and
solidified his own modern version of classic rock and blues.
John Magor - Guitar, Vocals
John has been playing guitar in both original and cover bands for several decades, and has been writing songs
since he first picked up the guitar. Over the years he has composed, played, and recorded with original rock
bands U Street Survivors, The Rhinos, and with Joe Kane in The Faith Healers, and with cover/original bands
Whisker Biscuit and DNFW.
Heavily influenced initially by the likes of Frank Zappa, Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, and Duane Allman,
John's guitar playing has morphed into a distinct style of melodic blues/rock.
Moe Jones - Bass & Vocals
Moe has been playing bass guitar in numerous garage, wedding, and bar bands over the past 35 years.
In addition, he has performed studio work a few local musicians and added bass parts to a few local commercials.
In the early 1980's, he wrote music beds for entertainment, sports, and political programs when he worked for
the Mutual Radio Network (now Westwood One) with the sports theme running for many years after his departure.
Moe has been playing on and off with lead guitarist Pete Schmitz since 1977.
Joe Kane - Drums
Joe has been involved in music for most of his life and has played in numerous working bands is the mid 1970's.
He has recorded and performed with local guitarist David Kitchen, THE, A. J. and the Heartshockers, The Faith Healers,
Almost Blues Band and most recently with LoDown when he teamed up with Pete and Moe in 2002. Joe has 25 years of
musical instrument retail experience and is the owner of BANG! Music in Stafford, Virginia.
